Contractor Registration

Pursuant to Condominium Association bylaws all repairs/renovations/ or any work done in the community must be performed by and licensed and qualified contractor. 

To legally gain access to association:

  • The contractor must send copies of licenses and insurance to association via email: [email protected]

  • The contractor must add the association to insurance as an additional insured with a waiver of subrogation and must read as follows:

  • Work is only allowed Monday - Friday 8 am to 6 pm and Saturday with permission from the association. No Sunday or Holiday work permitted unless permission requested from the association. Commercial vehicles may park in guest parking or in resident parking with permission from tenant/unit owner. No overnight parking allowed. 

  • Performing work illegally will forfeit $150 common area deposit and the unit owner will be assessed daily fines in the same amount up to a maximum of $1000 as allowed by state law. 

  • If unit owner does not have a common area deposit. Visit online payments page for methods to send us your deposit. Contractors may send us a deposit using Paypal or by filling out the ACH Credit/Debit Authorization. Contractor deposits will be refunded after inspections are completed pending no damages. Pre/post inspections are required. 

  • Association must be informed and allowed to inspect work.

  • No exterior architecture or alterations permitted.
